Photography Services & Pricing
The Office of University Relations & Marketing can provide photography services to external clients holding events at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ locations.
If you would like to capture photos of your conference, awards ceremony, lecture or event, Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ staff are available to provide high-quality images and a timely turnaround.
Photography Rates
Event Coverage & Processing
Includes pre-event consultation, photographer’s time and processed images delivered via Google Drive within 5 business days.

Cancellation Policy
We understand there may be circumstances where clients will need to cancel a scheduled photo assignment. Please contact our office by phone or email as soon as possible to let us know the event has been canceled. There is no charge for canceling a photo shoot 1 full business day in advance.

All photographs may be added to our image archive and made available to all gallery visitors.
